Our committee is hard at work planning PodCamp Pittsburgh 7. With six years of successful events behind us–events that have attracted hundreds of Pittsburghers each year who are passionate about online media–we want to make sure this year’s PodCamp is our biggest and best yet. That’s why we’re in the process of changing things up a bit and creating a whole new educational experience.

We’re all the creators of our own digital ventures. It’s not one-size-fits-all. So come, learn, interact, and share in all things digital. From website design to development, to blog content and beyond, PodCamp has a little something for everyone. Build your own digital toolbox with the help of local business owners, hobbyists, and experts who are chomping at the bit to share their tips, tricks, and tactics. And who knows? You might just create something awesome.

Stay tuned for details on when and where this year’s PodCamp will be. But save the date for early fall. Ideas? Thoughts? Want to help? Let us know!

  1. Hi! I’m the director of the Center for Creativity at the Allegheny Intermediate Unit where we oversee and support all the 42 public schools in our county. We are working on building a digital playground for teachers where educators can come and explore, discover, play and learn about cool digital toys and tools (software and hardware) and I wonder if there’s a way we could work together to bring more educators to Podcamp Pgh! I myself have not yet attended (shame on me!) but I know a great deal about the event and I’d love to meet, have a conversation and figure out a way to attract more teachers, perhaps an education stream or something? I’m eager, interested and longing to be involved in planning the event and connecting my work with all the cool stuff ya’ll are doing! Please get in touch! : )

  2. I’m one of the hosts of Super Dad Show a podcast devoted to Dads and Dad related topics. Can’t wait to go, and if you need any help with anything or need any presenters, let me know! I’d love to help out in some way.
